Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly disciplined, charismatic, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead both the kitchen (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) operations.

This is a high-profile role for a professional ready to lead a world-class team. You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership, driving operational excellence, designing training programs, and managing all guest/VIP relations.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with an international company or brand.
  • Strong sense of discipline and operational structure.
  • Excellent knowledge of BOH/FOH documentation.
  • Proficiency in Omega software and MS Office.
  • Must be immediately available (or max 2 weeks notice).

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements (Choose one):

  • Hospitality Degree + 5 years of progressive BOH/FOH management.
  • 8+ years of progressive BOH/FOH management (in lieu of degree).
