Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to design and update menus based on guest preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss statements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams to promote special offers and restaurant events.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints effectively.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
