Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH)
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Effectively manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring proper coverage and productivity
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
  • Forecast inventory needs and oversee procurement of food, beverages, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times
  • Uphold and enhance the restaurants brand image and reputation
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies and local outreach initiatives to attract and retain clientele
  • Identify marketing opportunities, including digital campaigns, social media engagement, and in-house events
  • Train and onboard new hires, and maintain continuous development for existing staff in service excellence and restaurant procedures
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for long-term success

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, with the ability to recommend pairings and explain menu details
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
