Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily caf operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance aligned with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals

Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and ensure accurate ordering to minimize waste and control costs

Drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques, promoting signature bakery items, beverages, and seasonal offers

Maintain strong communication with team members and management to ensure alignment on goals, service quality, and operational priorities

Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive public relations and ensuring the caf reflects the French Bakery s image and values

Lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service, product knowledge, and operational excellence

Handle cash management, daily deposits, and point-of-sale reconciliation with accuracy and accountability

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all areas of operation

Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring a memorable and positive experience for all customers

Contribute to marketing initiatives, special events, and community engagement activities to enhance visibility and customer loyalty

Support the continuous improvement of operational procedures and staff performance to achieve revenue and service targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a French artisanal bakery and caf .

Strong background in Front-of-House operations, including customer service and team supervision.

Experience with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and supplier coordination.

Proven ability to lead, train, and manage diverse local teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Fluent in French (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
