Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your general mission is to guarantee the quality of service offered to customers in compliance with the values ​​of the brand and the group as well as service standards, the Coordination of the different Catering services, the securing of turnover and the control and support of the teams.

As part of your duties, you must directly ensure customer satisfaction, supplement and/or assist your team.

Your Responsibility:

  • V to convey the group's and brand's values ​​and represent the establishment's management
  • To offer the customer a quality service throughout their stay in compliance with Sofitel values ​​and service standards.
  • Coordinate the various services within the department: kitchen; dishwashing; banquets; restaurants; bars and room service
  • Motivate your team leaders by training them to provide a high level of service quality.
  • Support and development of teams
  • Optimize the economic performance of the Food & Beverage division in line with the establishment's commercial policy and Sofitel's positioning.

Your outfits are:

  • Ensure that the service offered to the client is regular and of high quality.

Involving and mobilizing teams in customer relations

  • Meet hotel guests daily thanks to your regular presence in the various dining areas.
  • Ensuring that the various services offered in the Catering sector perfectly meet customer expectations.
  • Regularly measure the quality of services offered through customer feedback and quality audits. In collaboration with department heads, take the necessary corrective measures.

Expertise:

Ensure that all Sofitel service standards are correctly applied.

Supervise and coordinate services. Ensure their proper organization and smooth operation.

To guarantee respect for the entire department:

- equipment and premises

- HACCP rules

- of the legislation relating to the sale of beverages

Ensure that all VIP-related information is correctly transmitted.

Provide a daily summary of past activities and events to your Department Director.

Initiating new projects, coordinating implementation and monitoring
