Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests warmly and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
* Serve meals, snacks, and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
* Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and side areas.
* Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety procedures as per hotel standards.
* Handle payment transactions and ensure billing accuracy.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
* Restock supplies and assist colleagues as needed to maintain a seamless dining operation.
* Take part in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance and service quality.

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a similar guest service role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
* Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent grooming, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
* Physically fit to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment including lifting and carrying trays.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of safe food handling and beverage service practices.
* Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
