Key Responsibilities

* Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
* Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently according to hotel standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area and ensure all tables are properly set up before service.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
* Work closely with the culinary team and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination during service.
* Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
* Support team members with side duties such as restocking, cleaning, and preparing service stations.
* Follow opening and closing procedures and report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager.
* Promote menu items, upsell food and beverage options, and contribute to achieving restaurant sales goals.

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a similar guest-facing role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
* Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure under pressure.
* Physically fit to handle long hours standing, carrying trays, and light lifting.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
