Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Supervise service staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth, efficient service during shifts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest satisfaction, handling and resolving any service issues.
Train and mentor junior waiting staff on high service standards and menu knowledge.
Oversee the floor, managing table flow, reservations, and ensuring the venue is always presented impeccably.
Utilize knowledge of restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
Strong experience in upscale dining or hospitality is mandatory.
Excellent communication and guest-service skills are required.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team effectively.
