Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant and bar.
- Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction
- Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
- Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
- Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management
- Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolving guest requests and handling any complaints.
- Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Filipino national currently based in Riyadh (transferable Iqama)
- Minimum 2 3 years of supervisory experience in a strong>Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)/strong> or casual dining environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction
