Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers and present menus
Take and serve customer orders
Answer questions about menu items and making recommendations
Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
Communicate any special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Collect payments and operate cash registers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience as a waiter or in customer service preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
