Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and portion.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Process bills, handle payments, and return change as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining floor.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service.
- Support in setting up and closing the restaurant, including arranging tables, cutlery, and condiments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
