Roles & Responsibilities

Implementation and maintenance of brand standards.

  • Driving the guest experience through service quality.
  • Implementation of quality assurance programs.
  • Implementation and compliance of the Company s Fire, Life and Safety requirements.
  • Conducts market and competitor analysis.
  • Introduces latest trends and adopts new technology.
  • Assists F&B Director with compilation of new food or beverage menus.
  • Develops detailed understanding of the market and guest s needs.
  • Being attentive to guests and anticipating their needs
  • Takes appropriate actions to resolve guests complaints
  • Manages daily operation of restaurants.
  • Maintains database (email) of restaurants clients.
  • Reviews checklists to maintain high standard of cleanliness.
  • Challenges the way things are done; identifies areas requiring change and suggests ideas to support the change.
  • Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
