Roles & Responsibilities
The Retail Banking Executive for Auto Loans plays a pivotal role in the banking sector, focusing on providing customized auto loan solutions to meet the financial needs of clients. This position is integral to driving the bank's growth in the auto loan segment by leveraging insight into market trends, customer behavior, and organizational capabilities to optimize sales and service offerings. You will work closely with clients, ranging from individual customers to small businesses, assisting them in securing financing for their automotive needs. Your role is also to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, handling customer queries with professionalism, and maintaining high standards of service excellence. The position will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest financial products and regulatory changes affecting auto loans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive auto loan sales.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored auto financing solutions.
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve banking targets for auto loans.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal banking policies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive market trends and loan products.
- Assist clients throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Provide expert guidance on loan terms and repayment plans to customers.
- Monitor and report auto loan portfolio performance to upper management.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth in auto loans.
- Organize workshops and seminars to promote auto loan products effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in retail banking or finance.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of auto loan products and financial regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficient in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
