Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Designation: Relationship Officer
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of business banking products and services, including account management, loans, credit facilities, and other banking solutions tailored to SMEs.
- Actively work towards achieving assigned sales targets
- Identify and understand the needs of SME clients and provide them with tailored banking solutions. .
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth banking experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Direct Sales in UAE or Home country.
- Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Mortgages is must.
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary.
