Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation, optimizing sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of toy store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and providing training and development.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant store environment, and mitigating risks.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field would be a plus, showing a strong foundation in retail principles.
  • Possess at least 5 years of retail management experience, specifically in the toy industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management, including forecasting, ordering, and stock control, ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and increasing profitability.
