Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting wines, spirits, beers, and other alcoholic beverages.
Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences, occasions, and budget.
Upsell premium and promotional products to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.
Assist in receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and product labeling.
Ensure store cleanliness and organized merchandise presentation
Operate POS systems for billing and payment processing.
Handle cash, card payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2years of retail sales experience, preferably in beverage, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
Experience in liquor retail, duty-free, or specialty beverage stores is an advantage.
Open to work at stores across Abu Dhabi: Musaffa/Mafraq/Liwa
