Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a warm welcome, actively listening to their needs to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
- Process transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and returns while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves, ensuring that popular items are readily available for customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in business or retail management.
- Previous retail experience of at least 1-2 years, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software to streamline daily operations.
- Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency preferred to serve diverse customer bases.
