  • Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce overstock or outages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop appropriate sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Keep the store organized, clean, and presentable to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Implement effective point of sale and suggestive selling techniques to boost sales revenues.
  • Track sales and customer interactions to ensure effective customer relationship management.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis to provide insights into sales performance and trends.

Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer service principles, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for customer interactions.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software to manage sales activities efficiently.
