Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally

• Provide product information and demonstrate usage when needed

• Promote new arrivals and upsell to increase basket value

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain store standards (cleanliness, display, stock rotation)

• Ensure correct pricing and accurate billing

• Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing

Desired Candidate Profile

• College level or equivalent education is mandatory

• 0 to 2 years of retail or customer service experience (FMCG/cosmetics/perfumes/skin care/leather goods is an advantage)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Presentable, energetic, and target-driven

• Willing to work in malls on shifting schedules
