Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting products across assigned departments.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure proper display, labeling, and stocking of products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle billing support and basic POS operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
  • Cross - sell and upsell products effectively.
  • Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
  • Experience: 1+ year in retail/hypermarket/supermarket preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts and different departments.
Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
Tailoring skills (for Salesman cum Tailor role preferred).
Knowledge of garments/fashion (for Ladieswear role preferred).
