Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
- Implement promotional strategies and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement skills among staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, reflecting strong business acumen.
Certification in Retail Management is a plus, indicating a commitment to professional development.
