One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Luxury Retail Trainer to drive learning and development across our 6 boutique locations. This role is pivotal in equipping our teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand s ethos. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-person, live online, and self-paced) focused on product knowledge, sales excellence, and customer service. Lead boutique audits and mystery shopper programs to ensure adherence to brand standards and provide actionable feedback. Track and report training outcomes, identify skill gaps, and implement tailored development plans. Act as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence across all locations. Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to keep pace with trends in luxury retail.
