Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently hiring in-house Retention & Conversion Agents for a trusted global brand operating in regulated, high-volume markets. This role will manage the UK desk from our Dubai office.
Target Geo: UK
- English speakers required
- British accent is a strong advantage
We re Looking For:
- Proven track record in Retention / Re-activation / Conversion / Sales / Client Recovery
- Forex / CFD / Trading experience a strong advantage
- Ethical mindset with strong closing ability
- Performance-driven professionals ready to work on-site in Dubai
- Ability to manage high-value UK clients and drive strong deposit volumes
- Candidates currently based in Dubai preferred (or willing to relocate to dubai)
- Up to €4,700 tax-free base salary (based on experience & language skills)
- High, tax-free commissions
- Structured training and premium CRM systems
- Clear growth and promotion opportunities
