Position Overview

Accor is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our Dubai-based team, supporting a portfolio of seven hotels including Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre, Novotel and Ibis Creekside, Novotel Suites and Ibis Mall Avenue, and Ibis Al Rigga. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing dynamic pricing strategies, driving RevPAR growth, and contributing to the financial performance of each property through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Duties

* Manage daily pricing and inventory decisions across multiple Accor properties
* Analyze booking trends, seasonal fluctuations, and market dynamics to shape short- and long-term revenue plans
* Evaluate group requests and quotations, aligning proposals with brand positioning and revenue goals
* Support forecasting and annual budgeting efforts with Sales and Marketing and General Managers
* Attend and contribute to revenue meetings by highlighting opportunities, risks, and solutions
* Track KPIs including RevPAR and RGI, helping the cluster achieve and exceed performance targets
* Monitor competitive set behavior and recommend rate or availability adjustments
* Contribute to month-end analysis reports and collaborate on system enhancements
* Work directly with the Cluster Director of Revenue, property GMs, and DOSMs to maximize results

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
* Prior experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector, preferably in a multi-property setting
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel; experience with Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS preferred
* Proven ability to meet or exceed performance benchmarks
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and internal stakeholders
* Detail-driven mindset with a passion for hotel performance metrics and pricing strategies
