Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for the hotel's pricing strategy and revenue maximization, in coordination with the sales, marketing and operations teams. Your missions include:
Define and implement the hotel's revenue management strategy.
Analyze performance (occupancy, RevPAR, ,... segmentation) and propose corrective actions.
Manage forecasts and establish annual turnover budgets in close collaboration with the hotel management.
Manage and adjust the pricing strategy on distribution channels
Ensure competitive intelligence and analyze market trends.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor and optimize the use of the RM, PMS and Channel Manager systems.
Train and support teams on best practices in revenue management
Perform analysis to assess the profitability of contracts
Manage the opening and closing of sales channels
Monitor the competition and adjust strategies accordingly
Position based in EL JADIDA
Qualifications
Profile sought:
Bac+5 in hospitality, commerce, management, Revenue management.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in the hotel industry.
Perfect mastery of reservation systems (PMS, RMS, Channel Manager).
Skills required:
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
Proficiency in computer tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Strong sense of numbers and results-oriented.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Fluency in French and English.
