Revenue manager SOFITEL

Responsibilities :

1. Rate and inventory management:
   • You will develop, implement and adjust pricing strategies to maximize revenue from rooms and ancillary services (catering, events, etc.), based on a rigorous analysis of demand trends and forecasts.
   • You will ensure the optimization of room stocks on the different distribution channels (OTA, hotel website, etc.) and adjust prices according to market and demand fluctuations.
2. Supervision of the Reservation Team:
   • You will supervise a booking team and coordinate their activities to ensure the effective implementation of rate strategies and demand forecasts.
   • You will train and mentor team members to develop their technical skills and market knowledge to optimize their contribution to the hotel's results.
   • You will organize regular meetings with the team to analyze performance, change on best practices and adjust actions according to the needs of the hotel.
3. Performance analysis and reporting:
   • You will analyze the performance of sales, rates, occupancy rate and RevPAR (revenue per available room), producing detailed reports for management and other departments.
   • You will propose corrective actions in the event of a performance below expectations and anticipate the impacts on the financial results of the hotel.
