Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop long-range RF communication systems for UAV platforms

  • Develop telemetry and video transmission systems

  • Optimize antenna performance for reliable signal transmission

  • Implement secure and stable wireless communication links

  • Support integration of RF systems with avionics hardware and onboard systems

  • Collaborate with GNSS and avionics teams to ensure system compatibility

  • Perform RF testing, signal analysis, and performance optimization

  • Troubleshoot communication issues during integration and testing

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field

  • 3–5 years of experience in RF engineering, wireless communication, or related roles

  • Strong understanding of RF principles, signal propagation, and communication systems

  • Experience in telemetry and wireless data transmission systems

  • Knowledge of antenna design and RF performance optimization

  • Familiarity with communication protocols and wireless networking concepts

  • Experience in RF testing, signal analysis, and troubleshooting

  • Understanding of system integration with avionics or electronic hardware

  • Familiarity with UAV, drone, or similar communication systems is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
