Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement structured compliance review plans using standardized audit checklists.
* Conduct compliance assessments across operational and administrative areas, identifying risks and reporting findings.
* Monitor adherence to internal reporting timelines across financial and operational departments.
* Collaborate with management and relevant teams to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
* Support the implementation of new compliance programs and process improvement initiatives.
* Conduct regular site visits across UAE business units to ensure continuous compliance with organizational policies.
* Prepare compliance reports and maintain detailed documentation for management review.
* Assist in internal investigations and support risk mitigation measures.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* At least 1 year of experience in compliance, audit, or operations within corporate environments.
* Strong ethical standards and commitment to organizational integrity.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Compliance or audit certification (e.g., CCEP, CIA) is an advantage.
