Key Responsibilities:

1. Due Diligence and Credit Approval

- Lead due diligence for credit projects, conducting full risk evaluations and drafting the corresponding due-diligence reports.
- Provide final risk assessments and recommendations in line with the banks risk appetite and credit policy.

2. Risk Evaluation and Monitoring

- Conduct macroeconomic analysis to inform risk management strategies.
- Manage portfolio risk concentrations.
- Supervise credit asset management.
- Assess and manage various risks: credit, market, operational, compliance, legal and country.

3. Strategic Risk Oversight

- Lead the development and execution of the banks risk management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee implementation of risk protocols, operational procedures, and control frameworks across the institution.

4. Regulatory and Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the primary liaison with regulators and the corporate headquarters.
- Prepare and submit timely risk-related reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of overseas experience in the financial industry.

-Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

-CFA, CPA, FRA, or equivalent professional qualifications are required.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, banking regulations, and risk management practices.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and best practices in risk management.
