Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain Roland printers, ensuring optimal print quality and performance, including daily startup and shutdown procedures.
  • Perform color calibration and profiling to match client specifications, achieving accurate and vibrant color reproduction for each project.
  • Prepare print files, including preflighting and troubleshooting, to ensure seamless printing and minimize errors.
  • Manage and maintain print media inventory, including ordering, organizing, and proper storage of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in graphic arts or a related field is a plus.
  • Possess a strong understanding of color management principles, including ICC profiles and color calibration.
  • Demonstrated experience in operating Roland printers, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign).
