Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
- Replenish room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, and tissues.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina required.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Professional and polite demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
