Rope access personnel are responsible for executing the designated activities for which they are qualified and competent in a safe and professional manner, adhering to the requirements of this procedure and the instructions of the supervisor.

All personnel have a responsibility to report incidents, accidents, unsafe conditions and unsafe acts to the supervisor or the worksite.

Follows company policies and procedures at all times & to ensure that expected standards are always adhered to at all times.

Be communicative and professional.

Ensure that all sickness, absence and holidays are reported in line with company procedures

Ensures teamwork within individual teams & Interfaces regularly with the customers & clients when required meeting & exceeding their expectations

Encourage & handle customer feedback quickly and effectively, in a positive manner

Be polite and well-mannered with customers/ client and other staff and always work diligently and safely.
