The Sales Executive Rosewood AMAALA is the on-property commercial representative supporting the Sales & Marketing team through expert site inspections, client hosting, and day-to-day sales support. Based at AMAALA, this role ensures that every client visit, inspection, and interaction reflects Rosewood s ultra-luxury standards and the destination s unique sense of place.
The role combines client servicing, on-property coordination, sales support, and administrative responsibilities, supporting Leisure, Corporate, or Groups & Events segments based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver expert-led site inspections and on-property hosting for travel advisors, corporate clients, government delegations, media, and VIP guests.

Act as the primary on-property sales contact, maintaining in-depth knowledge of rooms, villas, wellness, dining, experiences, and destination offerings.

Support proactive sales activities including lead qualification, proposals, presentations, and client follow-up.

Coordinate closely with Operations, Front Office, F&B, Wellness, Experiences, and Security teams to ensure seamless client visits.

Maintain accurate records and activity updates in CRM systems (Salesforce / Delphi).

Support familiarization trips, client entertainment, and sales activations.

Ensure all communications, commitments, and representations remain accurate, approved, and aligned with brand and destination protocols.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

1 2 years of experience in Sales, Front Office, Reservations, or guest-facing luxury hospitality roles.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).

Strong presentation and hosting skills with confidence engaging VIP and high-profile guests.

High cultural intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Ability to conduct extended site inspections and outdoor tours in resort environments.

Flexibility to support events, inspections, and hosting activities as required.
