The Cluster Sales Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the Sales team across Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based remotely in Riyadh, this role supports the Cluster Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, polished communication, and timely coordination across the cluster.

The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting an ultra-luxury sales environment. Occasional travel to the destinations may be required for meetings, site inspections, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team, including correspondence, reporting, and calendar coordination.

  • Manage shared sales inboxes, phone inquiries, and internal communications.

  • Prepare sales documents, presentations, contracts, and reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Maintain accurate client and account records in CRM systems (Salesforce / Delphi).

  • Support sales reporting, dashboards, and productivity tracking.

  • Coordinate logistics for sales trips, trade shows, client visits, and familiarization trips.

  • Assist with B2B promotions, mailings, and digital sales initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to support cluster alignment.

  • Ensure timely, professional, and brand-aligned responses to all internal and external inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role within hospitality; luxury experience is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders and properties.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with cluster teams.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
