Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance: Enforce KOC, OSHA, and international HSE standards.
- Risk Management: Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRA), and implement risk reduction measures (ALARP).
- Audits & Inspections: Perform regular site inspections, safety audits, and monitor contractor safety systems.
- Incident Management: Investigate accidents, near misses, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Training & Culture: Develop and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Reporting: Prepare safety reports, manage safety data, and submit reports to management and KOC.
Desired Candidate Profile
FREE REQUIREMENT/em>
- Minimum 5 years as an HSE Officer
- Age: 25-45 Years
- Science Graduate (Any Subject)/ 3 Years of Diploma Engineering (Mandatory)
- Diploma in Industrial Safety Management (Mandatory)
- Nebosh (IGC) (Mandatory)
