Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies.
Monitor safety activities on live road construction sites.
Prepare and implement HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and toolbox talks.
Coordinate with traffic management teams to ensure safe working conditions in live traffic areas.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure all workers use proper PPE and follow safety procedures.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities regarding safety matters.
Maintain all safety documentation and records as per project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in road construction projects.
Must have live road working experience in UAE.
Strong knowledge of traffic diversion plans and road safety standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
