Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver fire safety, first aid, health & safety and emergency response training programs.
Conduct practical demonstrations, including fire extinguisher use, evacuation drills, and emergency procedures.
Prepare training materials, presentations, attendance records, and assessment reports.
Ensure all training sessions comply with UAE safety regulations and client requirements.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical exercises.
Maintain training equipment and ensure training areas are safe and organized.
Coordinate with clients regarding training schedules and certification requirements.
Support mock drills, workplace inspections, and safety awareness campaigns when required.
Keep updated with latest HSE regulations, industry practices, and training methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a safety trainer or HSE professional.
Knowledge of fire safety, first aid, workplace safety, and emergency response procedures.
Approved trainer certifications will be an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Ability to conduct both classroom and practical training sessions.
UAE experience preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
