Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Conduct routine health and safety inspections across the property.
- Monitor compliance with safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate safety inductions and awareness training for employees.
- Support emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure hazards are identified and mitigated.
- Coordinate with department heads to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance while working on site.
- Assist in achieving company health, safety, and environmental objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
