Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the HSE team in implementing and monitoring safety protocols across project sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and assist in incident/accident investigations.
  • Identify workplace hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company and Saudi regulations.
  • Assist in scaffold inspection activities and support scaffold safety management.
  • Participate in safety training programs and be willing to train and obtain certifications.
  • Work closely with project and site teams to promote a culture of safety.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresh graduate with 0-1 year of experience (GCC experience not required).
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work at construction and project sites.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and open to continuous training and certification.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking roles effectively.
