Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing enterprise deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand client needs and align solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in banks, fintechs, gaming companies, and other regulated sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with enterprise clients.
  • 30% leads will be provided by Inbound and Outbound team, 70% of leads should be generated by AE.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas (Generating Lead MQL SQL Closed Won).
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Work with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fintech, RegTech, or compliance-related industries.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales cycles (long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, complex negotiations).

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling into regulated industries (banking, fintech, insurance, gaming).
  • Familiarity with compliance, AML, KYC, or identity verification solutions.
  • Experience with account-based selling and solution-driven sales approaches.
  • Strong negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
