Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions, and AI technologies.
  • Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
