Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations in the sales processes
• Prepare and manage property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
• Ensure listing documents comply with guidelines and are accurately updated in the CRM
• Edit property listings on CRM for Property Finder & Bayut, updating price, photos, and description as needed
• Process Trakheesi Permits and QR Codes for all online property advertisements
• Assist in the preparation and processing of various real estate documents and RERA Forms, such as sales and leasing contracts
• Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions and client documentation
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or in-person
• Assist with the preparation of various weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate forms and legal requirements to ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations
• Assist the sales team with managing and maintaining leads and the CRM system
• Facilitate in creating CRM, Property Finder, Bayut, Property Monitor and other portal u
