Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales operations. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, and coordinating with other departments to support sales activities. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable the sales department to maximize their productivity and efficiency. By maintaining accurate sales records and handling customer inquiries effectively, you will contribute to the team's overall success. Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the sales database regularly.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding sales orders.
- Support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Prepare sales reports and summaries for management review and action.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.
- Track sales targets and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures consistently.
- Coordinate sales meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes accurately.
- Manage sales-related communication and coordinate with internal departments.
- Identify and escalate any issues affecting sales activities to management promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary for success.
