Job Description

Devmark is one of the UAE s leading development marketing and sales firms, and we are looking for a capable Sales Administrator to support our sales operations. In this role, you ll manage accurate data entry, organise key sales documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between developers, brokers, and internal teams. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain clean systems, streamline workflows, and support successful sales delivery across our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update purchase prices and deal information on Monday.com as directed by Devmark leadership.
  • Ensure all buyer and broker details are accurately captured and maintained across projects.
  • Regularly cross-check sales unit entries to confirm that data aligns with approved sales reports.
  • Verify that all documents (CIFs, SPAs, RAs, receipts, ID copies, etc.) are uploaded correctly and linked to the right units.
  • Identify and flag any mismatches or errors to the Associate Director of Sales Operations (ADSO)
  • Act as the interim sales admin officer for developers who do not have their own administrative support.
  • Capture buyer information, track payments, and prepare or upload reservation agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of payments received and ensure they are reflected accurately in reports
  • Liaise with developers to confirm that all required documentation and approvals are in place prior to invoicing.
  • Send Expression of Interest (EOI) conversion emails and manage the allocation of timings and zones.
  • Maintain clear communication with sales teams, developers, and brokers to ensure alignment throughout the sales process.
