Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in clients and handle inquiries professionally.

  • Conduct property viewings and present project features, pricing, and payment plans.

  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.

  • Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies.

  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

  • Liaise and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies.

  • Share updated availability, pricing, and project information with broker networks.

  • Coordinate broker-led client visits and ensure proper lead registration and tracking.

  • Follow up on broker-generated leads and support conversion efforts.

  • Participate in broker engagement activities and feedback reporting.

  • Maintain custody and proper log of keys for show units and vacant units.

  • Ensure units are ready for viewing and presentable at all times.

  • Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams for repairs and upkeep.

  • Manage viewing schedules, visitor logs, and site access procedures.

  • Ensure sales office, show units, and materials are well-maintained.

  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and previous inquiries.

  • Maintain CRM records and update sales activity regularly.

  • Assist in preparing sales reports and market feedback.

  • Support open houses, events, and project launches.

  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with a reputable property development company, real estate developer, real estate agency, or brokerage firm.

  • Proven experience conducting property viewings and handling customer inquiries.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Customer-focused with a professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good understanding of property sales processes and customer relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.

  • Existing network of property buyers, investors, brokers, or referral partners is an advantage.
