Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for the agency
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, social media, and other outreach methods
Present the agency’s marketing services to potential clients
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions
Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
Coordinate with the internal team during client onboarding and project initiation
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage
Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus)
Confident in approaching and communicating with business owners and decision-makers
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Candidates with experience in UAE market outreach will be preferred
