Key Responsibilities

• Learn to source residential properties and generate new sales listings across Dubai

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers

• Conduct property viewings and match properties to client requirements

• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and sales strategies

• Negotiate terms and assist in closing residential property sales

• Work towards individual sales targets with full support and guidance

• Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM systembr> br>

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in sales, customer service, recruitment, telesales, or business development preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and career-focused

• Willingness to relocate from the UK to Dubai

• RERA certification and Dubai real estate training provided
