KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, references, calls, social media, and marketing activities
• Connect with prospective customers professionally
• Explain company services and offerings effectively
• Convert inquiries into successful business opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle end-to-end customer interactions professionally

CUSTOMER CONSULTATION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Understand customer requirements and preferences
• Provide consultation and guidance based on client needs
• Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle customer concerns and objections professionally
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Support company growth and expansion activities

FIELD SALES & CLIENT MEETINGS

• Attend client meetings and business discussions
• Coordinate property/site visits if applicable

LEAD MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UPS

• Maintain records of leads and customer interactions
• Update CRM and client details regularly
• Follow up with prospects consistently
• Track customer interest and conversion status
• Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports
