Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales KPI reports across channels, regions, customers, and categories.
  • Support the leadership in identifying opportunities thru various analysis.
  • Work with NielsenIQ (NIQ) data to analyze market share, competitive performance, category trends, distribution, and pricing dynamics.
  • Create and manage presentations and Excel-based dashboards using advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and automation (macros).
  • Provide detailed analysis on sell-in/sell-out, promotions, ROI, and regional performance to support sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and support sales forecasting and demand planning.
  • Present meaningful insights and trends through reports and presentations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a similar Sales Analyst or Commercial Analyst role, ideally in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience working with NielsenIQ (NIQ) or other syndicated data tools (e.g., IRI, GfK).
  • Advanced Excel skills and Power point skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dashboard creation, macros).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
