Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading both events and sales initiatives, ensuring the club becomes a go-to destination for curated experiences, private functions, and member engagement. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategy, and strong client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales, event sales and private bookings
- Plan and execute high-end wellness, lifestyle, and social events
- Build and maintain relationships with members and external clients
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless event delivery
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Events & Sales within hospitality, wellness, or private members clubs
Strong network in Abu Dhabi/UAE is required
Commercially savvy with a proactive, sales-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
A polished, professional, and personable approach
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a polished and professional delivery
Must be in the UAE and available for face to face interviews in Abu Dhabi
